Every furry convention has to have a conbook, it’s small, full of useful info, the schedule, map, and more! Every year we put together a themed conbook, with artwork from our Guests of Honor, and from art submissions by the wonderful community!

Yeah – there are advertisement slots we offer for our attendees and vendors alike! These both help support Anthro New England and it’s charities as much as it allows you to get attendees viewing what you’re passionate about!
ADVERTISING OPTIONS.
ANE 2024 advertising is CLOSED for conbook advertisements and LED screen advertisements! Get in before it’s gone!
Please note that the prices we charge are solely intended to help recoup some of the costs of printing the booklets and renting the screen. ANE is a registered 501(c)(7) charitable organization and does not profit from these advertisements.

Given the rapid increase of attendance and our efforts to become more environmentally friendly, a few changes have been made to our printed offerings. For ANE 2024 sponsor-level attendees and up will receive a fully printed conbook, all tiers below will instead receive a condensed pamphlet. All accepted ads will be included in the conbook, while only come may be in the pamphlet. In order to accommodate this, our pricing has been discounted as follows:
- $80 full-page conbook slot. Potential 2/3 page pamphlet slot. (5 3/4″ wide x 8 3/4″ high including bleeds, or 1725 x 2625 px @ 300dpi)
- $40 half-page conbook slot. Potential 1/3 pamphlet slot. (5 3/4″ wide x 4 1/2″ high including bleeds, or 1725 x 1350 px @ 300dpi)
Files must be submitted as a PSD, as small adjustments may be necessary in order to accommodate both conbook and pamphlet sizes. Please ensure that your ad is in CMYK, and includes a 1/8″ bleed on all sides. All content must be PG-friendly; images of a sexual or violent nature, or containing strong profanity will not be accepted.
Before you submit your advertisement, please ensure you have read the instructions carefully, as failure to abide by the above may result in your slot not being accepted.

This pamphlet is a new venture for us, and we appreciate your understanding as ANE continues to try and reduce our carbon footprint! If your ad is not able to be included in the pamphlet, you will be notified and given the option for a refund or credit for an advertisement in the future.

You asked, we answered! Due to overwhelming demand, ANE 2024 is now accepting video advertisements for the Westin Boston Seaport Hotel’s massive lobby LED screen!
This monster of a screen is 33′ wide and 19′ high, with guaranteed visibility in a high foot traffic area. Your ad will be included as part of a looping video included with information about the convention, charities, guests of honor, event scheduling and so on. Depending on the time of day, this loop runs between 3-5 minutes per loop. Please read the following as our options have changed from the previous year:
Unlike last year, we will be accepting video advertisements for the screen only. This ensures YOU get bigger and longer advertisement time! Slots must be sized at the standard 1920 x 1080px @ 30fps. Leave a bleed of roughly 20px on all sides. Advertisements will appear slightly smaller than the complete size of the screen as to accommodate for a decorative boarder to stay within the convention’s theming. All content must be PG-friendly; images of a sexual or violent nature, or containing strong profanity will not be accepted. For the comfort and safety of our attendees, ads must not have flickering/flashing lights and colors or rapid repetitive movements. We request that your ad does not have a background of pure white, as this screen is very bright and can cause eye discomfort during the night hours. Because of this change, we can only accept a very limited amount of slots and our pricing has been updated to reflect this as follows:
6am Friday (1/19) thru 6am Saturday (1/20):
$125: 24-hour time slot, 15-seconds per loop.
$250: 24-hour time slot, 30-seconds per loop.
6am Saturday (1/20) thru 6am Sunday (1/21):
$125: 24-hour time slot, 15-seconds per loop.
$250: 24-hour time slot, 30-seconds per loop.
6am Sunday (1/21) thru 6pm Sunday (1/21):
$75: 12-hour time slot, 15-seconds per loop.
$150: 12-hour time slot, 30-seconds per loop.
LED SCREEN ADVERTISEMENT SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED.
Please note that no advertisements will be run Thursday, and the Sunday advertisements will end early to coincide with closing ceremonies. While last year was a huge success, we want to remain transparent that this is still a new venture for our team as we continue to try and polish this process for you, the advertiser. For this reason, we will continue to offer these slots as a discounted rate this year!
